Our terms and procedures exceed the standards set out in the European Directive on distance selling (mail order, telephone and internet sales) and those incorporated into UK legislation. Customers placing an order on our site (or by mail or telephone) agree to be bound by our terms.

GENERAL: After placing an order with Kingswood Pearls you will receive an automated email acknowledgment that we have received your order. Your contract to purchase the item(s) is not complete until we have debited your credit/debit card on dispatch of the goods. RIGHT TO DECLINE ORDERS: We reserve the right to decline any order(s) without explanation. This is extremely rare but may occur when we suspect fraud or when delivery is requested to a country with an unreliable postal service or customs prohibitions.
RETURNS: We will give a refund, exchange or replacement providing the goods are returned to us within 30 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for returning item(s) in their original condition and for return postage costs and insurance. We will confirm to you by email that returned goods have been received.

This only applies to standard products offered for sale on our web site. For orders made to customer specification (eg. a non-standard necklace length) refunds or exchanges will be at our sole discretion and may incur a restocking fee.

GUARANTEE: If, due to faulty workmanship, something goes wrong with your purchase within six months of delivery, we will repair or replace it free of charge. We will always try to be fair to our customers and may, at our discretion, extend the guarantee period if circumstances warrant.

CREDIT CARDS: We accept Mastercard, Visa and Maestro (Switch or Solo). We only debit cards when the order is ready to ship. Cards are debited in UK pounds sterling (£).
